Location: Nashville, TN - Hybrid with 3 days onsite.
Restrictions:
For US citizens only who are either holding or able to receive a security clearance.
Salary: $120-140K (Depending on Experience).
Requirements:• Bachelor's / MASc degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity or a related field.• 7+ years of professional experience in penetration testing.• Proficient in various security testing tools and techniques.• Solid understanding of common security standards and frameworks.• Experience with network and system security, web application security and mobile application security testing.• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.• Certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Responsibilities:• Lead and execute penetration testing engagements across a variety of environments.• Perform vulnerability assessments and provide detailed reports on findings.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective security solutions.• Provide expertise in security best practices and guidance to internal teams.• Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats and advanced hacking techniques.• Contribute to the development and improvement of our penetration testing methodologies.• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the organization.• Engage with clients to understand their security needs and tailor testing approaches accordingly.
