Can I book an installation now?
We are developing our IP camera offering and welcoming initial project inquiries in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Installation scheduling will open once licensing and delivery arrangements are in place. Contact us to discuss your property, requirements, and timing.
Are TAA and NDAA required for all your devices?
Yes. Every device we supply must meet both TAA and NDAA requirements, including cameras, recorders, and network equipment. Our range is being selected, and we require model-specific supplier documentation before procurement. These are separate requirements; a manufacturer's location alone does not establish compliance.
What does white-glove setup include?
Our planned service includes property-specific system design, equipment sourcing, installation coordination, camera and recorder configuration, secure cloud-access setup, and a personal walkthrough. Your proposal will set out the installation work, handover, documentation, and any ongoing support or maintenance.
Can I view my cameras securely when I am away?
Secure cloud access is part of the planned setup. We configure the selected platform's user accounts, viewing permissions, and supported sign-in protections, then show you how to access your cameras from your chosen devices. Cloud features, storage locations, and any recurring charges will be confirmed for your system.
Can recordings stay on my property?
Local recording is a priority for the systems we are evaluating. Storage capacity, retention time, remote viewing, and any optional cloud services will be specified together. Any subscriptions or ongoing charges will be identified in the proposal.
Can you work with cameras I already own?
We can discuss an existing system as part of your project inquiry. Reuse depends on the camera models, firmware support, network condition, and compatibility with the proposed recorder. We will confirm what can be retained before quoting replacements.
How will a system be priced?
The specification will account for camera locations, image detail, lighting, cabling, recording capacity, network work, and installation access. Tell us about the property and the areas you want to cover so we can discuss the scope before recommending equipment.
